organizational structure

The Presidium: Consists of key cross-border ecommerce related enterprises and institutions. The bureau provides guidance for the core operation of the alliance, organizes regular joint meetings, and conducts cooperative development of major projects for cross-border e-commerce.

The Secretariat

Mainly assists the Alliance Presidium in completing the alliance construction and management, undertakes the day-to-day liaison and service work of the Alliance; releases the major issues related to construction and management; and be responsible for the organization and implementation of relevant projects.

The Cross-border Ecommerce Research Institute

Be mainly responsible for conducting research in cross-border trade, launching research reports and professional books on cross-border trade, which cooperates with domestic and foreign e-commerce research institutions as well.

The Seahawks Club

Be cross-border ecommerce social network under the CCEAA, which aims to provide a platform for information exchanging and sharing for entrepreneurs engaged in cross-border industries.

The Committee of Experts

Mainly formulates the overall development plan, measures, policies and management methods of the special funds of the alliance; and provides professional guidance to key projects and enterprises.

About CCEAA

CCEAA is a collection of China Cloud Association, China Management Science and Engineering Academic Society, China Mobile Business Application Alliances, Cross-border Ecommerce Research Center of China Ecommerce Association and many other Ecommerce Industrial Parks and Ecommerce enterprises in China. The alliance is headquartered in Shanghai and has cooperative institutions in Heilongjiang, Guangdong, Tianjin, Yunnan and Fujian provinces. Under guidance of the Ecommerce and information department of Ministry of Commerce of the P. R. China, its main goal is to upgrade the innovativeness of the Cross-border Ecommerce industry, and to increase the overall competitiveness of the Cross-border electronic commerce industry. CCEAA has already started cooperating with the Ecommerce Europe, Ecommerce Foundation, CBEC and some other national Ecommerce associations to promote the unity and cooperation between Ecommerce businesses around the world.
